All orders are processed and sent to production within 2-4 business days after your order confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

United States: Typically 5-7 business days
Canada: Typically 10-15 business days
International: Typically 10-20 business days
Please note these are estimated shipping times, and actual delivery dates may vary due to customs processing and postal delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Lost or Delayed Packages:

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize the error before your order ships, contact us immediately to attempt correction.
